Resource usage - help

my cpanel user-name is fakemail.
i have one problem,
evenif my webserver is idle and nothing is running. (like cron job or anything), it says Server Load :- 2.67(4 cpus)
memory used 36.4%.. why is it so ???please let me know where i am using resources and how can i prevent it?
please help me out.

Your on a shared server not a stand alone dedicated server. This means there are other hosting accounts on the same server as you and their resources are being used, therefore increasing the servers load.

Ad-Free accounts are shared across three servers (because let's face it, we can't afford 30 000+ servers ;)), there's one server for Ad-Enhanced, and there are two paid servers (one of which hosts the forums). So, you won't be using up 30% of resources (unless you're doing stuff like running crons every minute or opening up lots of PHP instances) by yourself.

did u check the attached zip screen-shot... ?
this is the resource view of my account.. and i am not using anything at this moment....Sat night, my account was suspended (they say, due to extra resource uses)... so i am scared to put my site live also... and honestly, i m not using any cron -job.. i am not opening any pages... no databse... but still it says 30% mem use and 4 cpus.... why so ???
what should i do ????

It is the usage for the server, not specifically your account.
