transfer domain?

another user(pgames) gave away his domain after something happened.
he gave it to me, so i entered the details into the cpanel addon domains, and it worked after he deleted his settings?

but now its not working now.

If you just changed it, it can take up to 24 hours for it to work since you guys are located on different servers. You'll have to wait for DNS propagation.
