Account suspended, but prompt shows not suspended.

When I try to access my page http://indialive.x10hosting.com it shows my account has been suspended. But when I follow the prompt to check the suspension reason it says "account not suspended". So I am confused about the status. If it has been suspended for some reason, I would like to know that so that I can correct it. thanks.
