Uploading files extremely slow.

I usually upload files quite often and it works well. 1-4 megabyte files are simple to upload. In fact, there is no upload bar at all. It's blazing fast.

But, I'm trying to upload a .flv video file which is 18 megabytes and it takes incredibly long. And to add more to the problem, at about 10% in, the whole uploading process just restarts.

My server is lotus.

Try using ftp to upload the file.
