Internal Server Error (But nothing is on the site!)

Hi I'm getting this message:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@zograf.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

But I have deleted my whole website on the server (I got a backup) to get rid of it. When that didn't work, I deleted the mysql database. Still the same message.
The only thing that I have on the site now is an index.html file saying "hello" so I don't think that I should have that message anymore. Any idea what's the problem? (I got "Intermediate php" btw)

There is something wrong with your .htaccess file

I moved it to .htaccess.bk and it now works fine.
