can't send emails

i get this error whenever i try to send an email from any of my accounts.
my cpanel login is dvre and I'm on Absolut
I'm not sure how long ago this started because I hadn't tried sending any emails until today.
Is this my problem, or is it the server's?

It should work now, you can delete the corey@dvre.pcriot.com I made to test with.
