Can i change default home page extension?

Hello Guyz:

I am a new member here, the application i have in my local pc uses the index.php instead of index.html. so, my question is, can i use Index.php instead of index.html as my default home page? It will work or not?

Yes, but you can't have them both in the one folder.. You need to have either index.php or index.html, if both of them are there, it will use the index.html
