email incoming and outgoing server can't be found

Dear support,

I still can't manually configure my email client to send email. I got the following message:

The host 'mail.homeownersleague.com ' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'test 050108'
Server: 'mail.homeownersleague.com '
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0D
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 11001

I can ping my domain (www.homeownersleague.com) but not this mail server.

How could I use my email client?

I configured my email client by referring the cpanel's instruction as below:

Mail Server Username: me+homeownersleague.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.homeownersleague.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) cossacks.x10hosting.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.homeownersleague.com (server requires authentication) port 25
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) mail.homeownersleague.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

What client are you using?

What do you get when pinging? I've just pinged mail.homeownersleague.com and get the correct IP, which is: 74.86.240.236

I used Microsoft Live Client and it didn't work. the outlook express works pretty good. Thanks again.
