so i was uploading stuff a zip file and i tried to extract it but it say it not found so i delete it... and when i go to upload there it say i only have 86MB left before i upload i have like 198...

If you deleted it in the file manager make sure you empty it from the trash can also.

Your diskspace should be correct now.
When you don't complete uploads on cPanel, the temp files are left under the /tmp/ folder of your account.
As you're uploading a large file, it's better for you to upload it via FTP.
