Transferring my domain to my x10hosting site ..y

I have a domain name that i bought from yahoo small business a while ago. I wish to use the domain name with the site I created on x10hosting but use google apps for mail ..

i've already had googleapps configured for mail as well as the site ... i tried changing the cname records on yahoo panel .. but it needs an ip address for A records ..

how do i go about this process ??
