FTP Connection Issues

This is has been happening a lot now. It seems that FileZilla takes a long time to connect to my FTP (I'm on Lotus) and has been happening for a while now. Also, my site has been going very slow also the past few days. Is this being resolved? It is very annoying.

Open up command prompt and run 'tracert 67.228.161.42' and either post the output here or send me a private message containing the data.

Sorry about that. The problem seems to lie with your ISP, see the "*"'s in #11, that means it was timing out for 2 out of 3 tries.

I could contact your ISP before doing anything else.
