FTP folder setting problem

Hi all

Sorry if this seems a bit basic but I'm not used to doing this myself..

I use Dreamweaver CS3 to create and ftp but there is something in the settings I'm doing wrong..

ftp address: ftp.*****.x10hosting.com
folder: (no folder submitted)
ftp login: ***@****.x10hosting.com
ftp password: *******

URL root: http://ftp.*****.x10hosting.com/

I connect fine - in fact I can upload by ftp..

BUT.. The files in my root folder are being put into public_html/(accountname)

Whereas, the default index.html file is in the folder one up from that.

I don't know how to get the files to ftp to the main root public_html folder.

Or am I overlooking something?

OK - no problem - got it worked out - I was using an additional user rather than the root user!
