How to install back up

It appears something happend to my site an dit will only white page. I do have back up in the back ups but I do not know how to get the back up installed. I have a full back up but it says I can only use it if the site is being transferred to another server....so can you please help me get my site backup?

The only way to restore a full backup is by an Administrator. You can upload the backup to your HOME directory, and then post back telling the name of the backup.
After this, we'll restore the backup.

You should know that the backup will delete ALL the current content of your hosting account, and restore the content of the backup.

I currently have the backups on the server now from when I last did in the beginning of June can you use those?
