Nothing on site is working!!! HELP

Logged this morn, said FTP was down - checked that and it was - fair enough.
I havn't yet loaded up my new site but yesterday i changed my domain from http://xgs.exofire.net to http://xgen-studios.eu.
Neither works and neither cP works
