Unable to link hosting account with cPanel user name

Hi,

I have successfully signed up for Ad Enhanced hosting plan. I have created hosting forum account as well. When I signed up it told me that I will receive an email with configuration details on how to log in to my control panel. But I have not received it yet.

When I login to account management panel, it asks me to link my hosting account with cPanel user name. When I enter "shabana" as cPanel user name it says following.

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.:dunno:

Please help.

Ok I got this working now. I received your email and seems like my control panel account created. Thanks.

But now I am unable to access my control panel URL. It says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
