meta tags dissapearing

Everytime I add meta tags to my home page they dissapear after a day or so.
Is there a way to keep them on there?
or am I not allowed to advertise my site to the search engines?

Is this what you are seeing? If not, have you tried clearing your temp internet files/preforming a hard refresh?

Also, are you the only person who has access to your account? It would probably be for the best if you were to change your password.
