absolut is very slow

recently absolut goes very slow

it take more than 10minutes to open a page :nuts:
and the server usage is very high
Server Load 31.85

absolut ussualy very fast, but now its very slow :hahano:

and the CPANEL and FTP is ultra slow. its very hard to conencted.
