Hosting account reset and no longer linked?

Hi,

I'm not sure if anything can be done about this since it happened quite a while ago, but my web page has been replaced with a generic cPanel page and my hosting account does not seem to be linked to my user account anymore. When I try to link it, it cannot find the account, however when I try to sign-up again for the add-free service, it says I already have a hosting and I should use that one. Can anyone provide any insight into this dilemma? :happysad:

What is your cPanel username?

My cPanel username is "mattias" - linked to the domain name mattias.exofire.net .

If that doesn't work, it may also be "dropinthestream", I might have them mixed up

Can I re-apply for an account, then? I tried to in my user account but it said I already had a hosting package and I should use that instead.

Logout of the forums and you should be able to register.
