making accounts for other people

okay i am just wondering,

1)if i started up a web design website could i make accounts for customers and set up there website design on that account then give them all of there details? (im aware that this will most likely be a no)

2)would the previous statement be allowed if i payed x10hosting a percentage of the profits?

3)could i refer customers here to make an account and then they could tell me there details and i would set up there site?

im sorry for all the questions but i think free or very cheap hosting might give me the edge in the web design market.

i think you can share your hosting with friends or something...but i dunno if you can resell it...

Are you talking about being an affiliate or something of x10hosting ? Doing applications for accounts on your site ?

You are NOT allowed to host other people or create account for people. Only scripts like forums, CMS and all of the other stuff that has account creation is allowed. But certainly not hosting accounts. You can get people here and tell them you referred them but since you are not a mod or any sort you can't create them an account. You can sell your OWN stuff and put them on your site and sell them. It's all explained in the ToS.

i think everyone is misunderstanding, i want to create accounts for customers and upload there website then give them the account..... whatever ill just forget about it....


but i am allowed to put an application form on my site for x10hosting?

that would be a good idea, put a x10 application form but not charge for the hosting
