High Server Resource Usage: How can we avoid from being suspended?

I don't know how to solve my problem from getting suspended due to high resource usage. I had reduced my services and still i got suspended. Please visit my site http://chibibo.elementfx.com. Kindly check if there is any that causing the problem.

It's probably on our end. We've been trying to tweak the scripts we use. We're working to resolve this issue.
