www. issue with index.htm

ive uploaded my site and cant seem to get the index page working properly.

http://qpremastered.exofire.net/
that is my webpage

but it seems i can only access it by starting at this directory:
http://qpremastered.exofire.net/index.htm

for some reason http://qpremastered.exofire.net/ wont load my index.htm file.

please any solutions?
ps. ive tried changing the index file to .html too no luck

hmm... I get the same result for both pages. It works fine as -> http://qpremastered.exofire.net/

Please try clearing your cache and flushing your DNS. Then restart your browser and try again.
