phpMyAdmin/privileges

When using phpmyadmin, the "create database" is not available and below that it says "no privileges".

I created a database from MySql and MySql_Wizard, but no difference when using phpmyadmin. I then tried changing my password for Cpanel, but no change.

Also, when using phpmyadmin, I can 'use & see' database created with wizard (such as query it), but can't "drop" it...

I can connect via my php webpage (using "users that I created in the wizard) and count records for example...

So, I don't seem to have admin privileges using phpmyadmin... any suggestions? :dunno:

Databases must be created and deleted in cPanel.
