suspended for high resource usage

hi

i got a 15 min suspension for high usage
its now expired but i did a quick search and saw other people who use e107 get it aswell and it was sugested on a old post that an upgrade to the Development Package would be advised but i cant find it on the services page.

would this sort the high usage problem? i saw it was only $20(£10) a year which shouldnt be a problem so if i could have some details on what is extra compared to the free package i am currently on i would probably upgrade
