phpbb3 forums, white screen

I saw a topic about this same thing, except for about SMF forums, but it would not allow me to add a reply, I don't know why.

But I am on the same server as him/her, cossacks, and my phpbb3 forums will not work, I just get a blank white screen, no files have been touched or anything.

This happens with all links to my forums, every single page is just a blank white screen.
