Account Deleted?

When I log into the main website, I get this message:
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

...so I enter the account name and get:
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

...so I try to create a new account and get:
An Error Has Occurred
You already have a hosting account, use it.

I guess my account was terminated for inactivity, I haven't accessed it in over a month. Is there a way for my account to either be reactivated so I can use it, or completely deleted so I can recreate it?

If you did not login to the x10 Forums in over a month then your account will have been deleted, and there is no way to recover it.
