    Exclamation suspended acount

    hi there!
    i´m still buildin' up my website so i still haven't changed may index file. As a result i've been suspended. how do i unsuspend my account so i can gange da index? because thanks to that a can't access the web-disk.
    Please somebody help me!!!!
