Just signed up -Can't access Account Panel

Help! I have just signed up for Ad Free hosting and when i log in and try to access my account panel i get this message

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!
When i enter my username i get an error message telling me that my username does not exist.

Hello, have you opened the confirmation email and activated your account? What is your cpanel username?

Only recieved confirmation email from forums, which i activated. No emails regarding hosting yet, should i be expecting one?. my cpanel username is tiffer

Hmmm, tried that and got no email reply, is there any way i can check if i entered the incorrect email address when i signed up for the hosting package?
