Cannot reply to messages on forum

I just tried to reply to someones post on this forum, and it said I do not have permission to perform that function. I was suspended last week for not visiting the forums in too long, but that was fixed.

Why can I not reply?

We don't allow users to reply to each others support threads in the Free Hosting forum. This is because of the members constantly giving out the wrong information and confusing members even more. This change was made earlier this year and seems to be working so far.

You can reply to other threads in other forums though.

As I can see now, I can reply to my own thead, which is good. Thanks for the answer, I was confusicated! :dunno:
