Root and Shell Access

Hi.
Some CMS need the following access:
- Root Access, and
- Shell Access

Here's a list of CMS which needs these accesses:

1. SPIP
2. Mambo
3. Sitellite CMS (Shell Access only)
4. CMS.link (Root Access only)
5. Xoops (?)
6. WebCT95
7. CPG-Nuke (?)
8. Artiloo Velocity
9. Website Baker 2.5.1 (Shell Access only)
10. phpwcms (?)
11. Jetbox CMS (?)

So do you allow root and/or shell access, or do you allow the installation of these CMS?

As Auvee says shell access is not allowed, Mambo (which says it needs root AND shell access) appears in the Fantasico. Orignally I thought when it says root ANd shell access are required, I need to have both accesses in order to install it. Did I miss anything?

By the way, the little icon doesn't work at that moment.
When I click on the CMS, it returns "The specified application does not exist."
