Uncopyrighted mp3 files?

I am doing a sort of a proof of concept of a podcast. The file I want to use is a recording of a service at my church, so it should not be illegal for me to post it on the internet. My question is if I upload the .mp3 file is the x10hosting system going to see that and suspend my account or anything?

My first forum search of mp3 did not give me any results, so I posted this thread, but upon further searching I think I have found my answer sorry for the unnecessary post.

The forum doesn't allow you to search for phrases under 4 letters long as far as I know. And provided the file is not copyrighted or you own/have permission to use the content, hosting MP3 files on your x10Hosting account is not a problem.
