Cannot access Cpannel or the FTP & Site himself.

This morning ive sighned up and yes i know it could take some time.
More then 7 hours i still cannot access Cpannel or the FTP & Site himself.
Is the waiting times longer or is it an script problem.

I understand it could take a while from my last experiance beeing the account manager on the last site ive helped.

There is a server problem at the moment and not all the peoples sites are working ;)
