CGI 500 error

Please help!

I received a 500 error no matter what scripts I used. Even a hello world.

And what is the difference between cgi-bin and scgi-bin?

CGI is working correctly.
I've uploaded a simple "Hello World" script to your account and it's working. Check: http://thespian.x10hosting.com/cgi-bin/hello_s.cgi
Make sure the file is executable by visitors (CHMOD it 755).
