FTP in dreamweaver

I have Dreamweaver MX 2004 and i cant setup an FTP acsess account for my website.
I have setup other C-Panel websites for FTP acsess from dreamweaver but i cant get this working?

1)Check your firewall settings,it may be blocking your Dreamweaver
2)Try to connect using the option "USE PASSIVE FTP" in Dreamweaver.

Well whats the error that you are getting???
