What settings do I need to in the SMTP feature for the x10hosting email to work?

I recommend using the PHP mail() instead of SMTP as it is easier to set up.
But if you want to use SMTP to send e-mails from PHPBB using your x10 e-mail account you should be able to find the settings in cPanel.
