Advice Needed Regarding Domain

Hello all this is my first attempt in this area so please forgive my inexperiance.

Ok I registered a Domain with 1&1
http://www.jdiamond.org/
and I have it hosted with x10
I have uploaded my index.html thru ftp as well as other extentions to rule out error but my Domain doesnt seem to be working a few hours ago I went in and changed settings in my 1&1 Domain account as I used them to purchase the Domain and nothing else. I changed the DNS to...

and for some weird reason it is still not working doing a tracert on my domain I get

Thanks for the reply TechAsh, It seems the website is working fine when opened in a new window are in Firefox but in IE7 when opened in a new tab and then select the website I get this...

Any Ideas how to solve this?
