Microsoft Expressions - Frontpage Extension

Hi,
When trying to "publish" my site, I'm now getting the following error. My apologies if this is due to the move of the user accounts. My site name is wicklowrovers.

I am getting the following error:
404 Not Found
Not Found The requested URL /_vti_bin/shtml.exe/_vti_rpc was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_mono/1.9 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at wicklowrovers.pcriot.com Port 80

Reinstall the frontpage extensions on the domain.

Any chance getting some instructions on how to do this?
