Cannot link to hosting account

I've seen other people with this same problem, I created an account yesterday and it said I would be in a queue for 610 minutes. However I have waited 16 hours now and when I sign in at the homepage and it asks me to link to hosting account, typing in my cpanel username gives me the following error:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

it sounds like jm was playing up with creating accounts again so your account hasn't been created

Please create a ticket in http://support.x10hosting.com a staff member will assist you (they probably will create the account manually for you) ;)
