My account suspended for unsupported language

Dear x10hosting,

I requested a help using x10hosting support tickets for some technical issue, but my account got suspended because my website use some of unsupported language.

Actually, I am developing a multinational website where there are many languages beside English language. There will be Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, and English language.

However, if these language are prohibited, then I will stick to the English language only.

In addition, I didn't see any terms regarding allowed languages in "Terms of Service" (http://www.x10hosting.com/termsofservice), but suspending my account for using some language make me feel of some discrimination
