Can't log in in cpanel,webmail,ftp

i've just received the confirmation email about my account (mau.x10hosting.com).
i can access to the member area with user name and password provided, but i CAN'T access to cpanel, nor webmail, nor ftp (it says user name is corret, but not the password).
i've read the forum (http://www.x10hosting.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2), but ' think this is not a common problem...

so...what's wrong?

Hello,

I'm with the same problem... I got an update 4 hours ago and I still can't have access to the ftp server, and I might also be without connection to the other protocols... What's happening? I'm trying to use my common FTP Client and I loose the connection by the time of the autentification....
