website down cpanel is not working

Hi,

I see that a lot of people are having probmes with this, but I cant seem to find a solution for the problem, I summited a ticket 3 days ago and they told me it would be fixed in a couple of days but nothing I was just courius if someone from this end would know how to fix it.

I am sorry to tell you that there is not much you can do except be patient. The problem was caused by a hard drive failure and could take a couple of days to be fixed. Your website should be working again in a few days.
