Apache Great Success, Getting No Support

I've had this message for about two weeks now, submitted a support ticket, said it was "moved to Administration", now nothing for more than a week. I saw the new post about DNS having to catch up or whatever, but when will this happen? I can't use FTP or cPanel, and according to my account info, they as well as Apache HTTP and Exim. Half of the data also shows errors. Is there some kind of timeframe on this? I asked in support and got no answer. I want to know whether it is worth it to look for a new host. I understand there are server migration issues and I'm not the only one with this problem, but filing a support ticket has done absolutely no good.

If you want a new host just go and get one, But I can tell nothing is better than x10

And right now x10 is fixing the problem.
