Domain Problem

Dear Admin,
I am a new user of x10hosting and i found it great service,
I have a problem with domain, i pointed my domain to:
ns1.x10hosting.com -> 69.93.137.173
ns2.x10hosting.com -> 69.93.137.172
and on cpanel parked domain section i tried to add it pakcommunity.net and until yet i can't see the domain there and i want to use the domain for my account.
My subdomain is pakcommunity.x10hosting.com
Now when i try to add it again it displays an error that:
pakcommunity.net is owned by another user
Where as i am the owner of this domain
and when i go to www.pakcommunity.net
it displys an error that website not configured *by cpanel*
Please help me

The admins here are working on a more serious problem.
Also the DNS server is crashed right now so nothing will work.

my doamin is not working yet which is www.pakcommunity.net
have the root change from subdomain to domain done or no ?
my subdomain id pakcommunity.x10hosting.com
