cPanel Big Problem

My cPanel does not want to load to end it loads only five position Hosting package; Shared Ip Address; Subdomains; Parked Domains;Addon Domains and the rest at all does not to read carefully waited 3h and nothing.

And my side softpack.x10hosting.com sie does not load also.
