Slow Server (Starka)

Hey there,

I'm currently hosting a web site on the Starka server, and it seems to be running very slowly. I know this isn't a problem with my internet connection because it's like this on my other computers, and laptop, as well as I have 16MB Internet.

I keep thinking to my self, it'll get better later, but it doesn't seem to. Instead, later, another web site links into my page and shows the Forbidden Error 403, until you refresh the page. I don't mind about that, but the slow server.

I need it to be faster for my purpose, and my site shouldn't really make it any slower, it's coded in html, not anything fancy like php, java, flash, shockwave or anything else complex, just basic html.

And, if possible, anything the staff can do on their end to make it faster?

I am in exactly the same position

On the Starka Server, running a very basic html website. Only a very small amount of images on the site

I do however host a phpBB3 forum on there, but no one can access it due to the slow server speeds.

It has been like this for days. We need it sorting

yes, I found this problem too.
sometimes the server is very very slowly.
