I am having trouble linking my hosting acct to the forum.

My account was suspended because my hosting acct was not linked to the forum. I am having trouble linking the accounts. I don't have a problem logging onto the forum and the forum control panel. My username here is gsdavis. my cPanel username is gospodin.

When I go there, the link you supply, http://x10hosting.com/account, is dead. I tried http://x10hosting.com/gospodin and http://x10hosting.com/gsdavis, and they didn't allow me to logon either. So I don't see any way of going there to link my account.

On my account page it says that my cpanel URL is http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082, but on my signup email it says my cpanel URL is http://buran.exofire.net:2082, which I think is correct. I tried to log onto both of them with my username 'gospodin' and it wouldn't let me log on. I tried to reset the password on both but I never received a confirmation email at my email address.

Something isn't working .. help

You will need to open a support ticket.
If you see your account stating it is one thing, and you believe it is suppose to be something else, either you have attempted to sign up two accounts and it has merged in one or someone else has found a way to access your account information and has changed a few things around.

Speak with a support staff to be able to resolve this issue. They would also be able to help you with linking your account.

your account is not suspended for not being linked, but for not login in on these forums in 2 weeks.
Go to your site and fill in your cpanel username and click "unsuspend now".
