Connecting to SMTP server failed

Please help.

Whenever I try to send an email from my account photography@chaemus.com I get an error message saying:

"An error occurred sending mail: Unable to connecting to SMTP server crossacks.x10hosting.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that you SMTP server setting is correct and try again, or else contact your network administrator."

All the settings are exactly as the 'configure mail client' page told me, and I have tried the two different outgoing server settings ie. mail.chaemus.com on port 25 etc.

Can someone please help me with this.

You could check mail.chaemus.com as incoming pop3 is ok. :-)

I don't understand, the incoming server is fine, I can receive mail fine, it's just the outgoing server and sending that's the issue.

LOL that's the server he's on. The error message has come from crossacks server
