MP3 Music Store - Permitted?

Does anyone know if it is allowed to create an MP3 download stroe on free webspace? I am looking to move my skinfreak.co.uk website over.

Have you not read the Terms of Service?

As per the http://www.x10hosting.com/tos.php -

x10Hosting does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s on your webspace in any way shape or form.

If it's your own I think it should be fine. If its someone elses it won't be good.
