Trouble modifying Mailing List

I have created a mailing list but cannot use it since I can't modify the details.
Whenever I clock "Submit your changes" it says lsn-d2472.limestonenetworks.com is unavailable.

I have checked that the default FORM action set by x10hosting.com
FORM action=http : // LSN-D2472.limestonenetworks.com/mailman/admin/
[ Ignore the spaces ]

It gives a 404.
I cannot modify the mailing list details.
Is LSN-D2472.limestonenetworks.com really unavailabe ?
Has any onbe of you successfully created and modified a mailing list on x10 FreeHosting ?

Thanks for the response. I have now created a ticket as per your suggestion. Will update when this gets resolved.
