Inactivity reminder?

Whenever I login to my account I see this notification "The Inactivity Reminder will be back soon." in left top side. I recently joined x10hosting. So is this inactivity reminder a warning to me?

The Inactivity Reminder reminds you to login to forum once every two weeks.You should login to the forum at least once every two weeks.Failing to do so will results in suspension of your hosting account.

I log in at least once every two weeks, but my account keeps getting suspended. Any ideas why? How can I stop getting suspended? Here is my suspension log:

Login into forum... not into CPanel ( pilotando ingles que te cagas :-)

To be suspended multiple days in a row is an error in the system. If tittat doesn't visit the thread and tell you otherwise, I'd submit a ticket and have someone look at your account to make sure everything's OK.

monclus is right about the login as well. cPanel does not count as a login, only the forum.
