My index isnt showing

I deleted the old index, and upload my index. I go to my site http://jdog1089.pcriot.com

But when i go to it, it just shows that default thing "new account" and what u can do. Its not my home page.

Also a note ( i put http://jdog1089.pcriot.com/index.html) and it worked, but it should just work using http://jdog1089.pcriot.com... Right?

try to see u root dir
then public html
